Hidden Sliding Wall Door for a Built-In Closet

For this project, the client had an existing closet built into the wall and wanted a completely concealed solution — a custom sliding door that would look like part of the wall when closed.

Our goal was to create a clean, seamless wall-covering door so that, at first glance, no one would even realize there was a closet behind it.

We designed and built a custom heavy-duty sliding panel using a specially selected concealed track system. The hardware was installed in a way that keeps the sliding mechanism hidden within the structure, allowing the finished door to maintain a minimal and seamless appearance.

Because of the size and weight of the custom door, precise fabrication and installation were extremely important. We carefully adjusted the track, alignment, movement, and clearances to make sure the door slides smoothly, quietly, and securely.

When the door is closed, it visually blends into the surrounding wall and conceals the closet behind it. When opened, the panel slides smoothly to the side, providing full access to the existing closet.

The final result is a clean, modern, and highly functional hidden-door system that combines custom carpentry, concealed hardware, and precise installation.
