About Third Eye Vision
In a world where construction and design have become repetitive and rushed industries, Third Eye Vision steps in with a fresh, artistic, and deeply thoughtful perspective. Established in California, the company is built on over two decades of international experience in architecture, interior design, remodeling, and custom cabinetry—an experience that now fuels a new chapter in service of American clients.
Third Eye Vision is not just a construction company; it’s a creative movement. A team of professionals with a sharp, three-dimensional vision that doesn’t just build spaces—it redefines them.
We believe every space reflects the soul, needs, and dreams of its owner. That’s where our mission begins:
From warm, inviting kitchens to inspiring workspaces and modern, functional homes, we treat each project as a unique and meaningful work of art.

How organization works
The first and most important step in our interior design process is the initial meeting with our designer. During this meeting, we aim to get a clear understanding of your needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Our designer will ask you about your style preferences, color choices, functional requirements, and any specific ideas or inspirations you have. This is also the time for you to share any challenges or limitations related to the space.
The goal of this meeting is to establish a strong foundation for the project by aligning our vision with your expectations. We may also take initial measurements or photos of the space to help us in the next stages. This collaborative discussion ensures that the design solutions we propose will be tailored specifically to you.

Finalized layout

Finalized layout
In the second step, we focus on creating and finalizing the layout of the space. Based on the information and ideas gathered during the initial meeting, our design team develops detailed floor plans that optimize functionality and aesthetics. We consider traffic flow, furniture placement, lighting, and spatial relationships to ensure the layout meets your needs perfectly.
Once the preliminary layout is prepared, we review it together with you to gather your feedback. Any necessary adjustments are made until the layout is fully approved. This finalized layout serves as the foundation for all subsequent design decisions and implementation

Work in progress
In this stage, the project moves from planning to actual execution. The construction, renovation, or installation work begins based on the finalized layout and design plans. Our team closely supervises the progress to ensure that all elements—such as structural changes, electrical work, flooring, cabinetry, and lighting—are carried out according to the approved design specifications.
Regular site visits and coordination with contractors and suppliers are essential to keep the project on schedule and maintain quality standards. Any unexpected issues or changes are addressed promptly to avoid delays. This phase is critical as it transforms the design concept into a tangible reality
